Dispatch schedule:

Monday: All orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day.

Tuesday - Friday: All orders placed before 16:00 are dispatched the same day.

Saturday - Sunday: Orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Bank holidays may impact our dispatch schedule. If an order is placed after the dispatch schedule time when the next day is a bank holiday, or an order is placed during a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Local Pickup

If you live in or near King's Lynn, you can visit our store to pick up your order the same day without paying for shipping. Simply select the "Pick up" option during checkout. Our store is open Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 17:30, and Saturday: 10:00 - 15:30. We are not open on Sundays.

Please note: Depending on the value and type of device, these shipping options may differ. For the most up to date information, please see the checkout page after entering your address.

We offer 3 shipping options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - This option is free. Your order will take 2-3 days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided once your item is dispatched.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - This option may require an additional payment depending on your order. Your order will take 1-2 days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided once your item is dispatched.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - This option may require an additional payment depending on your order. Look for a "Free Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery" label*, as shown below, to see if you will receive this shipping option for free. Your order will take 1 day to arrive. A tracking number will be provided once your item is dispatched.

*This label indicates the item is eligible for free Royal Mail Special Delivery services.

- Please note, while Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next-day service, exclusions apply. Bank holidays, weather, infrastructure works, and other factors can impact delivery times. Some businesses won't accept Saturday deliveries, including banks, building societies, travel agents, jewellers, Post Office® branches. Shipping for certain products, for example, gaming desktop computers and All-in-One computers is not available. They must be collected at our store.
